Clear terms.
No surprises.
When you purchase a service from Innfill, you should know what happens if plans change, a project is cancelled, or something doesn't go as expected.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply, how to request one, and what information you may need to provide.
For services purchased directly from Innfill.
This policy applies to payments made for digital services provided directly by Innfill, including applicable:
Cancellation is simplest before execution starts.
If you need to cancel a service before Innfill has started substantive work, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the specific terms of your engagement.
Any applicable:
Non-refundable charges will be handled according to the terms communicated before the engagement.
If a project-specific agreement (e.g. custom SOW or quote) contains different refund or cancellation terms, those terms may supersede standard conditions for that specific engagement.
Refunds depend on the work already completed.
For projects that have already started, Innfill may assess the refund based on:
For larger projects, payments follow progress.
Where a project is divided into milestones, each milestone represents a defined portion of the work. If a project is cancelled during an active milestone, the refund amount—if any—depends on how much of that milestone has already been completed.
The actual treatment will always follow the explicit terms agreed upon for the specific project engagement.
Qualifying Situations
- Eligible cancellationThe cancellation request strictly falls within the pre-kickoff or agreed cancellation window.
- Payment made in errorA duplicate charge or verified payment processing error is identified.
- Service issueInnfill is unable to deliver an agreed service under the applicable engagement terms.
- Other agreed circumstancesYour project agreement or statement of work specifically provides for a return.
Non-Qualifying Situations
- Completed DeliverablesWork has already been completed, rendered, or handed over.
- Outside Cancellation WindowThe cancellation is requested after project milestones have been executed.
- Incurred Third-Party CostsLicensing, server hosting, or API expenses already committed to the project.
- Approved Work & Change of PreferenceWork that was formally approved or changes requested purely based on subjective preference after delivery.
- Expressly Non-Refundable ItemsItems specifically noted as non-refundable in the engagement agreement.
A new request isn't always a refund issue.
If you change the requirements after work has started, the request may be treated as a scope change rather than a cancellation.
We always communicate applicable scope adjustments and pricing changes before proceeding.

How we review requests.
After receiving your request, Innfill conducts a structured audit across 5 dimensions:

The exact time for funds to reflect depends on your card issuer or bank.
How refunds are issued
Where technically and legally possible, approved refunds are returned directly through the original payment route used for the transaction.
If the original method is unavailable due to card expiration or banking restrictions, Innfill will coordinate with you to provide an alternative verified bank transfer method.
Have a payment issue?
If you do not recognize a charge or believe you were billed in error, contact Innfill support immediately before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
Project-Specific Terms
Where custom SOWs, milestones, or revision packages are signed for an enterprise project, those project terms govern in conjunction with this policy.
